My goal is to reach into the heartbeat of your community through effective school assemblies that motivate young people to make the right choices for a successful future. I have built an encouragement arsenal that equips students with hope and purpose to face the challenges of life. I want to confront head on the obstacles that young people are facing today. By investing in this generation, we will see positive change and promise for the future of our children.

I am a former WWE Wrestler and am currently a top ranked Ultimate fighter. I don’t say this to promote myself but to get the students attention so that I can deliver a life changing message. I have been conducting school assemblies for 6 years now and was a High School teacher and coach for 9 years. I speak to Elementary, Middle, and High School students. Each school assembly is age appropriate. I use a variety of communication strategies to keep the students attention and involved in the presentation. Our youth are being lied to, in large part through music, movies, TV, video games and other media. Many also are being challenged with negative home lives as well, and they are in desperate need of positive influence.

Ron Waterman’s presentation was inspirational and motivating for our students from all backgrounds (K-12). He has the unique ability to connect with students on real life issues (i.e. drugs, relationships, peer pressure, academics, CSAP, etc.).

His physical appearance and feats of strength are captivating and truly amazing. However, it’s his message that is so powerful and leaves all who attend with something to think about.

Our students talked about his performance long after he was gone. He clearly made a big impression. I highly recommend Ron Waterman to speak to any school wanting an inspirational and motivational boost!

I am pleased to recommend Mr. Ron “H20 Man” Waterman as an exceptional speaker for your students! Mr. Waterman spoke to our students last Friday as a part of our Positive Behavior Support (PBS) celebration for our students for hitting their goal of 8,000 P.R.I.D.E. Paws for first semester. Mr. Waterman’s feats of strength grabbed our students’ – and staff’s – full attention! His personal, inspirational story and the challenge to our students and staff members to always choose to be “Dream Makers” as opposed to “Dream Takers” was the perfect message for our celebration and I suspect for every school. His message was fantastic and the feats of strength amazing…I don’t remember our gym ever being as loud as it was on Friday as our students emphatically cheered him on!
